EARLY MORNING CLASSES

ABOUT THE CLASSES: Following the tradition of teaching in small groups with plenty of "hands on" help and adjustments. The method is Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the lineage of Patthabi Jois. Suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners.
Maximum 6 students per class. One class in every 4 weeks will be a technique class - focus on student queries or requests for help with particular aspects of the practice.

AUTUMN TIMETABLE:

Friday classes start 10th September
Wednesday classes start 15th September

WEDNESDAYS: 15th 22nd 29th sept and 6th Oct

BOOKING: classes need to be booked in blocks of 4 weeks and paid for on week one.
You may register for one class or both.
If you need to "make up" a class it may be possible if there is space in another class. contact Brigid on 07834534951 - to make a booking.

COST: £32 for 4 weeks.
Please pay by cash or cheque on week one.
These classes are very small and exclusive! no refunds are possible once you have booked your place. ( unless you have a very committed friend who is able to take your place !)

TIME: 6.45 - 7.45am (the studio will be open approximately 10 minutes before class starts - (please use for warming up if you are early)

FOUNDATION COURSE
Introduction to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
8 - 10 students maximum

This 6 week course will offer a traditional and thorough approach to this totally inspiring and unique style of Hatha Yoga. The course will provide the practitioner with a sound foundation from which to continue self practice at home or as a springboard for pursuing and developing the practice further. The practice requires commitment, enthusiasm, and energy - and 6 weeks is offered to those who are interested in participating in this "short term adventure into the unknown". This course is aimed at Beginner level - new to Yoga or new to this style.

PRIVATE CLASSES WITH BRIGID

Early mornings available on Wednesdays and Fridays 8.00 - 9.00am, particularly for people interested in joining the early morning practice classes.

I am also available to help you with your yoga practice at other times on Mondays,Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Private classes can be tailored to meet your specific requirements.

THERE ARE SO MANY BENEFITS TO BE GAINED FROM PRIVATE CLASSES:

You may wish to learn a sequence for home practice, or maybe you would like some help with your present practice.

Perhaps you are recovering from an illness or injury and would like to "ease" into some gentle movement or regain improved mobility.

Whatever your particular circumstances - private lessons ensure you are receiving 100% attention, and that the practice is designed specifically for your needs/requirements.

Yoga is generally suitable for all ages and abilities - you just need enthusiasm, motivation and the desire to make an effort - I can bring the experience interest and skills to help you.

Yoga promotes good health and a fine sense of wellbeing. During classes we aim to focus on the strengths and abilities we already have - slowly slowly what we may consider to be weaknesses at the outset may eventually become our strengths!!! Nothing stays the same - change is inevitable so keep an open mind - you may be surprised with the potential you have for change .

Cost of classes will depend on your booking
generally one class will cost £45
block of 4 classes will cost £40 each
4 plus classes will cost £35 each

Classes are usually held in the Redland Studio.
