"Charlottes passion for teaching yoga permeates through her classes. I found the more gentle poses and leg lifts strenghtened the hamstrings and helped to ease pain to my knee. The meditation part was really effective as a de-stresser, and Charlottes soothing voice added a positive vibe.
I now find I'm sitting straighter at my pc - where before I tended to slump. I also loved the 'Sticky Yoga Mat' purchased from her, and look forward to unrolling it."

"I recently enrolled in Charlotte’s Vinyasa Flow yoga class (at the tender
age of 53!) after many years without any serious practice. I would just
like to briefly share my experience (albeit after only 3 sessions!) mainly
to say how both uplifting and relaxing I have found each weekly ‘hour and a
quarter’ since joining. I already feel quite motivated, despite some
stiffness (to be expected!) and the realisation that it may take quite a
while to get comfortable with many of the more difficult and advanced poses.
At the end of my last session and after some demonstration, Charlotte
encouraged me to try a headstand (with her support and that of the wall!)
and to my surprise and delight, I managed a reasonable attempt with both
legs stretched high above my head against the wall, my head tucked between
my forearms, as instructed. I felt quite elated and looking forward to the
relaxation afterwards.
On the subject of relaxation, I would just like to finish by saying, how
beneficial I find those last 10–15 minutes of each class, especially after
the hard work of all the stretches, balances and sometimes challenging
sequences beforehand! Charlotte has such a soothing voice, perfect for
winding down, cooling off and de-stressing, as I’m sure other class members
would agree. I would certainly be first to enrol for a ‘focus on
relaxation’ class, should that ever be available in the months ahead.
Meanwhile, I look forward to each class, a more toned and flexible body and
a relaxed mind!"
